Welcome to Mpuza. By accessing or using our website, digital profile creation tools, NFC hardware, and smart link platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Mpuza.

2. User Accounts & Handles

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Mpuza is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login information.
• Username Policy: Your chosen username handle (e.g., mpuza.app/@username) is subject to availability. Mpuza reserves the right to reclaim usernames under reasonable circumstances, such as trademark disputes or impersonation.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Mpuza platform. When using our service, you will not:

• Upload, share, or link to malicious content, malware, phishing sites, or explicit/illegal material.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Use automated scripts, scraping tools, or bots to harvest data from Mpuza or overload infrastructure.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our NFC systems and servers.

4. NFC Smart Cards & Hardware

Physical NFC smart cards ordered through Mpuza are processed and shipped according to standard delivery terms. Our tags utilize NTAG chips compatible with modern smartphones; Mpuza is not responsible for hardware limitations on unsupported devices. You warrant that any logos or artwork submitted for custom prints do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Mpuza brand, emerald theme, codebase, and logos remain the exclusive property of Mpuza and its licensors. You may not copy, duplicate, or reuse any portion of our visual design without express written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your public profile and links will be disabled.
